Germantown, MD -- October 02, 2008 --
Convention Strategy, a leading provider of
RFID solutions to the conference and
exposition industries, is pleased to
announce a new client relationship with
the
International
Society for Clinical Densitometry
(ISCD).
Convention Strategy will provide RFID
Attendee Management
services at
the
2009 Annual
Meeting in Orlando, Fl on March 11-14, 2009.
The 2009 Annual Meeting,
Impact of New
Paradigms on Skeletal Assessment: Are You
Prepared?, is the largest gathering of
thought leaders in the field of bone
densitometry across the country and around
the world.
"We are very excited
about creating this new relationship with
ISCD,” said Scott Ripkin, Directory of
Technology. “The
CS team is thrilled for the opportunity to
offer a combination of our Long Range and Near Field RFID attendee management
solutions to
automate session tracking.”
Convention
Strategy's RFID Attendee Management system
will be seamless for 2009 attendees.
The automatic
identification method provides a high level
of accuracy and security over traditional
barcode systems and ensures attendees get
the correct credits.
Each attendee
will have a radio frequency identification
(RFID) tag in their badge holder that will
allow ISCD to track participant attendance
in the continuing education classes. As
attendees walk into classrooms,
CS Near Field SmartTouch or RF915 SmartGates will record individual
course attendance and CE will provide ISCD
with detailed post-show attendance reports. |
