Convention Strategy's RFID Attendee Tracking and Exhibit
Lead Retrieval solution
utilizes attendee badge holders embedded with a small
passive microchip and an accompanying
antennae. The badge holders are fully customizable
for each event to accommodate size, shape and number of
pockets. The passive chip is embedded to in order to
safe guard against accidental removal of the chip.
Attendance Tracking
As each attendee badge holder comes within a
predetermined distance from an
RFID
SmartGate or RFID
SmartTouch the encoded unique identifier is
extracted from the microchip and saved into memory.
Exhibit Lead Retrieval
Using RFID for Exhibit Lead
Retrieval provides an extremely efficient scanning
process by exhibitors. There is no longer the need
to look for exhibitors to scan barcodes or have
attendees constantly removing their card to swiped.
