Fulfillment
At the conclusion of the
conference, a personalized e-mail informing the attendee
a Post Event Report (PER) has been posted within their
particular conference Expo Follow-Up account. When the
account is checked, the attendee will have access to a
list of every exhibitor they visited, which has elected
to participate in the PER service. Exhibitors can also
request their leads again, and visitors can request an
email with all the links to the websites of the booths
they visited. Additional fulfillment services are
available to participating exhibitors at additional
costs.
CEU/CME Management
Convention Strategy uses specifically designed hardware
and software to track sessions the participants have
attended in order to produce certificates of attendance
and other reports for both show management and
attendees.
Convention Strategy will analyze all the data pertaining
to attendees, the sessions they have attended and the
sessions they deserve a credit for. Transcripts and
certificates of attendance will be mailed after the
conclusion of the conference to attendees. A final data
file containing demographic information and a listing of
earned credits earned is also provided to show
management.
