Trade show managers have tried, with
varying degrees of success, to encourage their
exhibitors to help drive attendee registration by
inviting their customers and prospects to the show.
Some of the challenges:
-
Exhibitor personnel are too busy
-
Exhibitors don't want to pay to help
market the show
-
Exhibitors don't want to share their
lists
-
Tracking which exhibitors participate
in the program
-
Tacking
how many attendees actually register
-
Exhibitor email lists are not always
maintained well
Exhibitor Invites makes it easy and free
for exhibitors to share their lists with a third-party
bonded email distribution service, and send out up to
three nicely designed, customized invitations to their
customers and prospects.
Show management will benefit from
increased registration, increased "buzz" before the
show, and exposure to attendee prospects that they may
not be reaching through other methods. Plus, the entire
program is easier to track, and tracking information can
be easily shared with participating exhibitors.
Here’s how it works:
1. The Exhibitor Invites design team, or
Show Management’s design group, develop up to three HTML
emails that include information about the benefits of
attending the show, customized fields for each exhibitor
(such as booth number, company logo, exhibitor-specific
marketing message, etc.), and specific VIP codes that
offer each attendee discounted or free registration.
2. Exhibitors log-in to a secure website and upload
their logos and email distribution lists.
3. Exhibitors can “preview” the sample emails populated
with their specific information, and then approve the
emails and the delivery schedule.
Total estimated exhibitor time commitment on the web
site: 20-30 minutes.
4. Show Management gets detailed transmission reports,
including bounce rates, open rates, and click-through
rates, which can easily be shared with each exhibitor.
5. The entire program is executed by a third-party
bonded email distribution service with an impeccable
reputation. No exhibitor list will be rented, sold, or
used for any other purpose, even by Show Management.
